I like how easy Seayora is to use, with a user-friendly interface and an easy flow between everything. I can communicate with my tenants in the app, and I have the property management tools I need in one ecosystem, including credit and rent reporting, finding tenants with zero brokerage, maintenance tickets and contractor coordination, billing, rent transactions, and payroll. Credit reporting gives my tenants an incentive to pay on time because they don’t want to hurt their credit score. Maintenance tickets are forwarded to my contractors and get handled right away. I also like the QuickBooks integration and how seamless and user-friendly the system is. Everything I need is there, so I don’t need anything else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
