Searchable gave us a clear starting point for AI search. We knew merchants were increasingly finding apps through AI answers, but we had no way to see where we showed up or why we didn’t. Searchable showed us exactly where the gaps were on our site and how we compared with competitors, and turned that into a practical list of fixes.
As a small team without developer resource, that clarity was the most valuable part. We knew what to prioritise, so we could make the changes ourselves: rebuilding key pages, adding schema markup and FAQ structured data, and cleaning up over 200 duplicate pages. Our benchmark and conversion-rate pages are now among the most cited in AI answers, and AI has become our biggest source of new sign-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, there’s not much I’d change. The main thing I’d like is a way to act on recommendations in bulk. Right now fixes are mostly presented page by page, so when the same issue affects many pages (missing schema, duplicate content, thin FAQs), I have to pull them together myself. It would be really helpful to group pages by issue and generate a single prompt for a coding tool like Claude Code to fix them all at once. That would save a lot of time for teams like ours who make the changes ourselves rather than relying on developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
