Seagate makes world-class hard drives. I've been using them since the Windows 95 days. Whether personal or enterprise, I always go for this brand over others. Their Data Recovery service is no different in quality and expert care that is provided in the recovery process. With so many hard drives being used for personal and professional needs, sometimes one might fail to read or be accessed. I am happy to say that I have always had my data recovered on the rare chance that one had gone bad. When they do recover data, they send it back in a 4TB drive, which isn't cheap. I've been fortunate to not have hard drives fail and the very few that did, Seagate Cloud Disaster Recovery Service did manage to recover my data. What I would improve on the company is that their email response time could be better, especially when customers are anxious about the recovery process. Also, if recovery fails, they should offer a full money back, instead of a pro-rated refund because while the service isn't very expensive, it is unpleasant to have lost data and still be charged a fee for it.
