What do you like best about Scytale?

Scytale has provided a great overall experience. The platform is very easy to use for the most part, and it’s evolving quickly, with new features being released regularly. During our ISO 27001 certification process, our GRC consultant, Liya, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the subject matter. She was always prompt to respond and did a great job keeping us accountable throughout the process. We ultimately went from a blank canvas to being fully ISO 27001 compliant end-to-end in about two months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scytale?

Because it’s a rapidly evolving product, it can be a bit buggy from time to time. That said, most things have workable solutions, and any issues I ran into were addressed promptly by the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Scytale solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’re a small team of fewer than 10 people, and none of us had any real foundational knowledge of the ISO certification process. Without a platform like Scytale, we wouldn’t have stood a chance of getting to a compliant state—let alone doing it in just two months. The wide range of integrations they provided across our key services made evidence capture much simpler, and having everything in one place when it came time for the audit made the whole process feel smooth and straightforward.
