## Scrive Reviews
  ### 1. Effortless Compliance with Medtech Regulations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Filip D. | IT Operations Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

I find Scrive easy to use and appreciate that, as an admin, it practically runs by itself. The support for US certified signage and bank ID is great for complying with Swedish law for electronic annual reports. I also love that there's no need for manual work like sending paper copies to the US. The initial setup was easy, taking maybe 30-60 minutes of emailing.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

Would like to have premade templates available

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scrive solves compliance issues with high security controls and supports ISO standards. It eases medtech compliance with electronic reports. It's easy to use, automates admin tasks, and reduces paper use by enabling US-certified e-signatures, unlike more expensive options like DocuSign.

  ### 2. Trustworthy and intuitive partner changing the game for both HR and managers.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

Trustworthy and easy to use. In a company with many different users, and where we sometimes need to adjust the process, it’s simple to make those changes in the portal. Scrive has enabled us to sign the best employees immediately. The few problems we've had have been handled very quickly and professionally. The integration was very easy and smooth.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

Adding new documents is a somewhat tasking, but that has got more to do with the HR system we're using. Scrive has helped us signifacally and saved a lot of time and effort in HR so there is not much to dislike.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paper documentations were hard deliver safely between the employee and HR but now we don't have to worry about GDPR. I can now easily track that the documents have been signed on time. No need to answer managers questions, because using the digital signature through Scrive is so intuitive. Performance is reliable and also the managers can track the process if needed.

  ### 3. Intuitive and Scales Smoothly, with Handy Progress-Saving Templates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

Very intuitive to use (more than 200 users, and only a few questions). A very handy feature of saving your progress, whatever you added to the process by way of settings, documents, users, like a video game into a template. Quite informative dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

The apparent absence of an independent address book. Some subtleties about setting up automatic forms for users (first add text field, then configure it into other stuff).

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scrive serves as a centralised signing platform for the company and has replaced several island solutions and large subscriptions at companies with aggressive marketing strategies.

  ### 4. Perfect E-Signature Solution with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isabelle H. | Verksamhetskonsult

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

I use Scrive for setting up e-signatures for our customers in the property business, and it makes their day-to-day work much easier since they don't have to print out contracts. I like that it almost always works and has a simple, nice design in the documents with never any trouble. The signing of documents with bank ID is a valuable feature, allowing our customers to send out rental contracts for signing. Everything works great, the support is always fast, and the product looks more professional than others I've used, like 'Verified'. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

The feature Scrive forms is a little bit hard to work with, its more complicated. But maybe it is because im new with that feature.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scrive to simplify e-signing in property contracts, saving our customers from printing hassles. It's reliable and professional, with smooth bank ID signing for rental agreements.

  ### 5. Super Smooth Service with Effortless Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Morgan S. | Customer Marketing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

I find Scrive extremely easy to use, which makes it simple to send out documents without needing to use paper. The setup is super easy, allowing both administrators to set up their branding and for customers to put their signature on the agreement. Customers get a sense of security from receiving branded emails and accessing links that looks familiar. Scrive offers a super smooth service, and I appreciate that anyone can manage the initial setup. Overall, I find it a really smooth platform to use.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

I can't remember details now, but we once asked for a tailored feature to add to the service, but that wasn't possible at the moment.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Scrive makes sending and getting signatures on documents much easier than other similar services that I've used. It's user-friendly for both admins and users, enhancing our customer agreements process.

  ### 6. Quick, Solution-Oriented Support That Keeps Things Moving

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

Quick answers and kept offering ways to move forward in finding a solution to the problem.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

That I in the end wasn't able to retrieve the document that was sent out (although a long time ago) for signing. But I believe the problem could lie more in the integration of the signing in our CRM.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us make sure all parties have signed their agreement before starting up their business with us. Not having a signed agreement in place could result in a lot of dispute, "he said, she said" situations and ultimately us not getting paid if we couldn't prove a customer has signed an agreement with us.

  ### 7. Effortless Document Management and Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David Sellen L. | Senior Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

I use Scrive to let our users create and sign documents from our automation tool. I like that the integration just works and the support is always helpful. The setup was easy with the API and UI being very simple and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

Sometimes e2e integration tests are just impossible to do, but that is due to the nature of the system. Many providers are involved in the chain.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scrive to enable our users to create and sign documents, accessing signing providers in Europe easily. It simplifies our integration by handling multiple providers for us.

  ### 8. Easy, Effective, But High Price

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stanley D. | Event Support

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

I really like the ease of use of Scrive, the whole process is very intuitive. The reminder functions are really handy to not forget important steps. I also appreciate the ability to send by SMS and email, which makes everything very flexible. The document status preview and tracking the number of views are very useful for keeping track of activities. Finally, the digitization of contract signing saves time and improves efficiency, while providing serious traceability in document processing. It is also easy to use for both the sender and the client who receives the document.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

Some mobile phone numbers do not accept SMS messages. Price of the software compared to other identical solutions offered on the market.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find that Scrive allows for contract signing in a digitalized and faster way. It is easy to use, ensures time savings and efficiency, and offers tracking functions such as status preview and document consultations.

  ### 9. Facilitate Signatures and Save Time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor L. | Co-fondateur @Hati Hati

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

I find that the module for creating these different contract templates is quite intuitive, and it allows us to use them easily without having to question each new scenario too much. We use it several times a week to share contracts and for electronic signatures, which relieves us and saves us time. Scrive centralizes all our signatures, which is convenient. The software is not very complicated to get the hang of, which facilitated our adoption and continuous use.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

Sometimes when we just need a signature on a document we receive, it would be simple if we could just upload the PDF with a signature block that automatically inserts itself without having to recreate the entire process.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scrive allows me to ensure my partners' signatures and to store the documents in a unique format. This centralizes our signatures and saves us time, which is very convenient for our daily routine.

  ### 10. Time-Saving and User-Friendly Contract Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

I've had a very positive experience with Scrive. The platform makes it easy to create agreements and templates, which saves a lot of time and simplifies the entire signing process.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

One area for improvement is the E-Archive. I would like the ability to create folders and organize documents in a more structured way. As the number of archived documents grows, better folder management would make it easier to keep everything organized and accessible.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

. By streamlining administrative tasks, it allows me to focus more on other important parts of my work instead of spending time on paperwork.
