The most helpful thing is that it saves time with my documentation and still allows me to focus on patient care. I can be in front of my patient talking to them instead in front of a computer typing. The app glitches somtimes and freezes. You can use it offline but it does not work as well as being connected to wifi. Technology is always perfect if it always works perfectly but in today's world we know that is not always the case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
