The AI function has also improved and adds context that may not be obvious solely with the screens and/or clicks. Additionally, it is easy to remove, add, or modify steps on-the-go. **What do you dislike about Scribe?** Sometimes, if the guide is very long, it can affect the performance of the team. In short guides, this is not noticeable, but in guides with more than 50 steps (capture/text), it becomes noticeable. There are also some features that are only available in Enterprise, and I would like to have them in Pro, such as the ability to have viewers. **What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows sharing knowledge and SOPs with the entire team in a "standardized" way, which helps build a knowledge library that can later be consulted by any member in the future. Additionally, it is easy to use and, therefore, a single session is enough to explain how to start generating documents. I can go in and edit the step to be more general like "choose date/time". **What do you dislike about Scribe?** I think the only thing I don't like is that when I send someone a link to the Scribe, if they're not on my account, they can't always access it. Or maybe they need to sign up for Scribe and they don't want to or can't. Creating animated/video/voiceovers was too difficult so we never did it. I'm looking forward to integration with Teams. Scribe performs well, and the pricing was very reasonable. Because we do a lot of training that's more visual or "how to" this is more cost effective than LMS options. The one time I had an issue, the support team responded VERY quickly.
