All of the tools are simple enought that you can use them from the start. Once you dive deeper into the ways to use it, there are a lot of options to automate and program for various events and uses. **What do you dislike about ScreenCloud Digital Signage?** The biggest hiccup for us was getting the right settings on our Amazon devices. A lot of smart TVs and amazon devices do automatic updates which can override the settings for the device automatically powering on and going into the software. Setting things to prompt for updates or not updating at all worked best for us. **What problems is ScreenCloud Digital Signage solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are still working on coming out with their own hardware to run just the signage solution. The lay out is very clear, you can basically start using right away. I ahve been using Screencloud for over a year now and I haven't encountered any problems. But I'm happy to pay since Screendcloud has taken away many of my headaches. I'm working with 6 display screens and I used to load video content with separate thumb drives. Also, the FAQs sheet is incorrect. It didn't give me correct details on how to troubleshoot an issue. I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it for it to work.
