I really like Screencastify for its ease of use. It's straightforward to set up; you just download the program, and you're ready to start. The editing tool is something I like a lot too because it's easy to complete. I can just go in and pull out unnecessary parts, like interruptions during class recordings. One of the issues I've had with Screencastify is that it's technologically a little bit above some of the pieces of equipment I have at the public school setting. We don't get new equipment very often, so we're using old versions of different software and technology. I've also had issues using it with older equipment like the box slot in my Boxlight, which is hard to use with Screencastify, leading me to use an older computer for compatibility.
