"Efficient Prospect Research, Needs Better CRM Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Scout?

I value Scout's precise filtering functionality for B2B prospect profiles, allowing me to narrow down leads by business vertical, company size, and location in just a few clicks. This is crucial for our sales team at Northridge Wholesale Distributors, as it helps us quickly pull qualified retail buyer contacts without tedious manual research. Additionally, the clean browser-based dashboard is easy for our sales reps to use, which is especially beneficial given our lack of an in-house IT department. Setting up Scout was straightforward, and team members got comfortable with the browser dashboard quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scout?

Scout’s biggest pain point for our Northridge Wholesale Distributors workflow is the lack of native CRM sync, plus spot-to-spot outdated contact records. When building prospect lists for our home-goods retail outreach, we regularly found outdated phone numbers and inactive email addresses that wasted our sales team’s time. We also have to manually export every lead list and upload them into our CRM. Since we operate without dedicated in-house IT, we cannot build custom fixes. Better real-time data validation and direct CRM integration would cut down our repetitive manual data-cleaning work significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
