We use Scope to onboard new partners, support current ones, and communicate with customer success teams across our network of suppliers. Scope allows us to ditch the email, ditch Slack (and Teams, ugh), and co-operate efficiently with partners. Through robust integrations, we have cases flowing from Salesforce to Jira and getting exposed to the partners for quick resolution.
