Schedulefly is powerful, yet not cluttered with so many features that make it hard for staff to use. It just works! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main downside is that ScheduleFly keeps things simple, which is usually a strength, but it can limit customization. For example, we use the daily notes for reservations, events, and sports, and having more color options would make it easier to distinguish them at a glance. Some businesses may also want more advanced features or reporting than a straightforward scheduling system provides. For our needs, though, the simplicity is part of what makes it work well.
