I like the viewability of Shiftboard. It is very easy to see who is on and when. I also love the ability to change views from a list view, to hour, day, week, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Shiftboard will sign you out often which can be irritating when working longer days tracking agents. If an agent picks up a shift, Shiftboard does not automatically update if it is within a certain amount of time; you may have to refresh the page, which can interrupt productivity and current views to see real-time time adjustments.
