What I like best about ScanQueue is how much it reduces the wait for our customers. They can join the queue, see their place in line, and make the most of their time instead of waiting in the shop. You can’t add start and finish times of staff . So if someone joins the queue and 1 staff member is working they got told “ie 1hr wait” then if a staff member turns on their counter that time automatically halves.
