What do you like best about Scan-Optics?

The ease of partnering with Scan-Optics is a win-win. They make everything from start to finish of the project super easy. I have used Iron Mountain, and I can say ScanOptics supersedes them. Scan-Optics checked all the boxes from the first meeting to the go-live and post-go-live support. No question, we look forward to partnering with them in the near future. What do you dislike about Scan-Optics?

Honestly, there is no downside to using Scan-Optics. Our experience was super positive. There is nothing that they can do better. Their customer service and professionalism are spot on. My theory is if it's not broke...no need to fix it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Scan-Optics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scan-Optics is helping my team with implementing a UKG product, Document Manager. This module will allow emps to access all of their employee documents via our core HCM, UKGPro. Scan-Optics is scanning all of our employee documents, mapping them to their specified folders, and building an API allowing the scanned documents to flow from Scan-Optics into the Document Manager module.
