I use Scan And Review to automate my reviews, so I don’t have to open Google reviews and reply to every customer; it replies to customers for us. It has a really good portal, a widget, and a Google My Business optimization tool that uses AI to suggest what’s wrong with my profile and lets me fix it with one click. I also use its QR code at our restaurant tables and reception to collect customer reviews. Since switching from doing the work manually, our work is a lot easier and we don’t need to lift a finger. Setup took just a few clicks and was too easy. I think they’ve made a really good product—no one can create such a product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
