What do you like best about ScaliQ?

What do you dislike about ScaliQ?
The only "flaw" I have discovered is the Unified Inbox does not sync with the messages within LinkedIn... meaning that if I respond to a lead in LinkedIn instead of through the Unified Inbox it will not show as replied through the ScaliQ app. Not a deal-breaker, but something to keep in mind so I don't accidentally reply twice.
