What do you like best about Scalingo?

Auto-scaling allows us to efficiently manage traffic spikes without extra cost. The expert and responsive support resolved our performance issues, and the ease of use of the dashboard saves us valuable time every day.

High availability with multi-node clusters for Redis and PostgreSQL gives us total peace of mind, while auto-deployment with GitHub significantly simplifies our workflow.

At our scale, this solution is much cheaper than internalizing skills, and generally several times less expensive than AWS, GCP, or Azure. All this while supporting an excellent French company, with SecNumCloud hosting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scalingo?

When compared to a more "bare metal" solution in terms of pricing, a notable difference is observed. Faced with significant CPU/RAM needs, seeing the bill double or triple is frankly hard to accept, especially since the level of support and human maintenance required on their side remains practically the same, whether one uses 16 or 32 GB of RAM. What problems is Scalingo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We do not necessarily have the skills or the desire to develop the expertise to manage cloud hosting, containers, or Kubernetes. Frankly, internalizing these services does not add value to our current business (unless one day we reach a scale of millions of users). Our current solution offers us reasonable pricing, recognized security, 24/7 support, simplified scalability, and predictable billing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
