As a data protection consultant, the website check is the feature I use most frequently. I used to manually click through each client's website, document cookies and third-party services in a table, and then create a report from it. Now the check runs automatically across all subpages, the report is ready immediately and can be sent directly to the customer. The privacy policy is also linked to this: Based on the results, I create it with specific instructions instead of simply copying a template.

The second point is employee training. Keeping track of training sessions has been a constant issue: Who participated when, and where is the proof? With the e-learning module, I assign training, the client sees the open participants, and the proofs are digitally stored. During an audit, this can be proven in seconds.

The third point is Doc & Sign. Guidelines, declarations of commitment, and approvals are centrally distributed, digitally signed, and stored in a revision-proof manner. No more PDFs being sent back and forth via email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The website check reliably detects common standard services. However, with custom-built tracking solutions or exotic integrations, I still need to double-check. Also, the generated texts for the privacy policy are not immediately suitable in special cases and require further editing.
