What do you like best about ScaleXP?

I have been using Scale XP for one of my clients and have found it to be a great platform to work with.

As a bookkeeper working across Xero, reporting, forecasting and day-to-day financial management, I really appreciate having a system that gives better visibility over the financial side of the business and helps bring the information together.

What has stood out most for me has been the support. Spencer has been incredibly helpful whenever I have had questions, particularly while getting everything set up and making sure the accounting side is working correctly. He is always responsive, knowledgeable and happy to explain things.

I would definitely recommend Scale XP to businesses wanting better financial visibility and reporting, and also to bookkeepers and finance professionals supporting their clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScaleXP?

At this stage, I haven't come across any real downsides. I have only recently started using Scale XP with one of my clients, so I am still getting familiar with all of its features. So far, my experience has been really positive, and any questions I have had have been quickly answered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ScaleXP solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the biggest benefits for this particular client has been the accrual accounting functionality. Previously, we were manually working through the accruals each month, which could be quite time-consuming.
