What do you like best about ScaleXP?

ScaleXP adds ERP-level revenue recognition and reporting functionality on top of Xero, without the cost or complexity. The AI report builder makes ad hoc reporting quick and accessible for finance and non-finance users alike. Month-end close is noticeably faster as a result. The team — particularly Marjorie and Suezann — are responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely open to feedback, which is rare in SaaS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScaleXP?

Genuinely nothing negative to report. The team are knowledgeable, responsive, and receptive to new ideas and improvements - which is quite refreshing. Any issues encountered were resolved quickly and with care. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ScaleXP solving and how is that benefiting you?

ScaleXP solves the gap between basic bookkeeping software and a full ERP - specifically around revenue recognition, invoice bucketing across periods, and management reporting. For a lean finance team running multiple products on Xero, it removes the need for a much more expensive and complex system. The time saving at month-end is significant, and having clean, reliable data presented clearly means less manual reconciliation and more confidence in the numbers we report to leadership.
