What do you like best about ScalePad Lifecycle Manager?

ultimatly its a communications tool with my customers so they visualize the value we bring to their organization. hardware lifecyle reporting is the center of it and something it does the best. The integrations with our RMM, and other tools to automatically generate hardware reports is a huge productivity boost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScalePad Lifecycle Manager?

it has a few features that don't actually contribute towards the goal of presenting progress to a client. It has trouble with workflow as features have been added over time. you can tell the developers don't actually present to customers. possibly more importantly, it doesn't do a great job outputting reports for managers overseeing team activity. it expects the MSP to be small and users to be self accountable. however the development team are very responsive and respond to feedback quickly.
