I also appreciate the flexibility to experiment with multiple foundation models and iterate on prompts without having to rebuild the entire workflow. The platform excels in evaluation, human feedback, and performance tracking, making it easier to identify where an AI application can be improved before deployment. One area that could be improved is the learning curve for new users, as the platform offers a lot of advanced capabilities that can feel overwhelming during initial setup.
