I like that Scale Chapter has a specialized team, with each person focusing on a specific area, and that I have weekly meetings and reporting. I can still call the shots while they handle the “dirty work” much better than I can, so I can focus more on the bigger picture and overall direction. The weekly reporting lets me follow the progress and catch stuff that needs attention. I’m happy with their work because of their professionalism and attention to detail.
