"Outstanding Support and Solid SPanel Tools—Definitely Worth Paying a Bit More"

What do you like best about ScalaHosting?

The Scala support team is extraordinarily helpful, the best crew I've experienced in 20 years of web work, and that means a lot. The SPanel tools are really good. Their product is not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either, and they're way better than the more expensive of their competition. And am I willing to pay a little bit more for a fantastic product with wonderful service? Yes I am. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScalaHosting?

What problems is ScalaHosting solving and how is that benefiting you?

I moved to Scala after my 20 or so sites had been hacked, and my old hosting service (which was more expensive than Scala) just would not help, or even attempt to assist other than suggest their eye-wateringly expensive malware cleanup service. Scala helped me with the move/migration, actually they did it for me (for nothing), and pointed me at exactly the assistance I needed to get things straight, and all at a sensible price.
