What do you like best about ScalaHosting?

I appreciate ScalaHosting's consistently high server uptime and speed, as this ensures that my clients are satisfied with the performance of their websites. The reliable performance of the servers is crucial for the smooth operation of my clients' websites, and ScalaHosting delivers on this front. Furthermore, I am impressed by the timely and competent customer service that ScalaHosting provides. They are responsive and well-equipped to handle inquiries or issues, making the support process seamless and effective. Additionally, ScalaHosting made the initial setup extremely easy. Their onboarding process was exceptional, as they efficiently transferred my entire account from my previous ISP to their servers, allowing me to resume operations in less than an hour. What do you dislike about ScalaHosting?

I dislike that ScalaHosting has increased their prices over the time I have been with them, making them not as affordable as when I first started. They are not a budget option, and I wish they maintained their initial affordability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
