What do you like best about SAWIN PRO ENTERPRISE?

Functional software for the essential needs of an HVAC business allowing for order taking, dispatching, manual and e-invoicing, reporting, along with mobile apps for field technicians and credit card processing. Having used the software for 14 years, the product has so much more functionality in recent years, especially now that the software runs on a full SQL database. What do you dislike about SAWIN PRO ENTERPRISE?

Although software has significantly matured in it's 3.0 version, there are still challenges in using the software and surprising bugs/flaws that come up, fortunately quickly addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
