For an agency strategist, the most helpful things are brand structure (which allows consistency across projects) and the fact that the agents are trained in the industry. I don't need to prompt with a hundred caveats. I find the ability to engage the AI as if they were a junior on my team very helpful in getting through the first rounds of bad ideas and finding the interesting nuggets to dig into. The philosophy of AI aside, my only dislike is really wordiness. I'm already too verbose, so being given paragraphs of rationale and bullet points can be overwhelming.
