What I like best about Saviynt is its ability to bring identity governance, lifecycle management and access controls together in a single platform. From our experience, it provides a strong foundation for automating joiner, mover and leaver processes, improving visibility of access across the organisation, and supporting a more robust approach to governance and compliance. One area where I believe Saviynt could continue to evolve is support for organisations with complex identity relationships, such as universities. In our environment, individuals can hold multiple concurrent affiliations and responsibilities, for example being both a member of staff and a student at the same time, or having multiple organisational roles. Managing these scenarios can be challenging, and I would welcome stronger support for a single identity model that can accommodate multiple personas, affiliations and role assignments simultaneously. Enhancements in this area would help organisations with complex structures implement identity governance in a more intuitive and efficient way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
