For the segments, it is not possible to visualize in real-time how the audience is moving from node to node. The task reporting is quite simple in terms of information. What problems is SAS Customer Intelligence 360 solving and how is that benefiting you? The need to have highly customized integrations for business cases. SAS CI360 provides me with the flexibility to manage large-scale communications with a high technical level of APIs.
