What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?

Goal entry with updates is possible, which is like the bare minimum needed for the purpose of this software as an end-user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?

Pretty much everything else. Poor user experience, clunky interaction, quick timeouts, is basically a form-filler with a couple of categories assignable. This better be fantastic for managers to still be worth using at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SAP SuccessFactors HCM:

Don't if you can avoid it. Choose something else. If you're an end user and must then keep track of your goals and performance elsewhere e.g. boxnotes or google docs and import updates monthly or quarterly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
