What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?

What I like most about SAP SuccessFactors HCM is how it simplifies HR-related tasks by keeping everything in one place. Things like leave applications, attendance tracking, approvals, and accessing employee information feel much easier and more organized. What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?

What I dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM is that some processes can feel a bit lengthy, particularly when several approvals are required. The portal can also be slow to respond at times, which makes it harder to quickly access attendance, leave, or employee information when you need it.
