What do you like best about SAP Solution Manager?

It is an affordable solution, with very good knowledge bases, documentation management, ticket management and business process lifecycle management. It is an easy-to-use tool and integrates with other tools with ease. It is a very useful power tool for SAP users. I like its high efficiency within IT infrastructure and other business processes. What do you dislike about SAP Solution Manager?

What problems is SAP Solution Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is a tool used in almost every organization because of its reliable features when working with IT, documentation and carrying out various business processes.
