Our entire SAP landscape is managed centrally from solution manager which integrates with Solution manager very nicely. Patch and upgrade has streamlined with this being single interface for all syncing across entire landscape. Solution manager is the platform for raising a ticket for any issue with the SAP landscape. There is no additional license cost as such for the tool. **What do you dislike about SAP Solution Manager?** The implementation and deployment is very time taking and complex. Initially, we used to receive a lot of unnecessary alerts and it took some time to improve and get specific alerts. **What problems is SAP Solution Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are managing our entire SAP landscape via solman, and all tickets are raised via solman for support from SAP.
