What do you dislike about SAP S/4HANA for EHS workplace safety?

SAP can be extremely powerful, but that power can come at the expense of simplicity. For workplace safety, where a worker may need to report a hazard quickly from the shop floor, minimizing clicks and making the experience intuitive is particularly important. EHS Workplace Safety helps solve several challenges that organizations typically face when safety processes are managed through spreadsheets, emails, or disconnected systems.

The main problem it solves for us is having safety information and processes in one integrated platform. We can manage incidents, near misses, hazards, risk assessments, investigations, corrective actions, and safety-related activities in a more structured way.

It also helps us move from a reactive approach to a more proactive risk-management approach. By identifying hazards, assessing risks, assigning controls and corrective actions, and tracking their completion, we have better visibility into where safety risks exist and what needs attention.
