I like that I am able to run reports and filter them the way that I need them. I can also run multiple accounts for different years and semesters, making data-keeping that much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's not as user friendly as I would need it to be. There can be a lot of confusion with how to pull reports based on the layout of the page. I think it just needs to be tweaked a little. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
