Litmos has an excellent content development tool that allows you to make embedded scorm files. Administration of modules into courses into learning paths is also easy and intuitive. Since going live, we've migrated to the ticketing system for support and it's been weak. Response time is slow and solutions don't always work. Recommendations to others considering Litmos: If your assignment rules are not very complex, this is an excellent option. The rest of the admin is quite easy. Additionally, if you plan to build content vs. purchase, this is the perfect platform. The ability to build and edit scorm natively is super powerful.
