What do you like best about SAP LeanIX?

Modern and ergonomic UI, great standard integrations, constantly getting better and expanding features. Easy to understand and to explain Data Model ready for use. This helped strongly in adoption during rollout.

LeanIX culture always open, modern, agile. Customer Success Management takes their mission seriously, always focusing on customer needs and improvements - absolutely valuable.

AI adoption, not only in Governance is visibile and accelerating. Looking forward to new features beyond prompting and MCP server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP LeanIX?

Support in standard integrations, especially SAP internal ones like Signavio could improve. Despite extensive documentation not everything important covered, e.g. basic standard attributes for lifecycle etc. need to be manually created.
