I like the ease of use and the user experience of SAP LeanIX. The ability to free draw my diagrams and dashboards really stands out for me. This makes managing my company's enterprise applications incredibly easy and allows me to keep everything organized by centrally locating all my applications and linking my business processes nicely. It does have a steep learning curve, like figuring out how to link the business capabilities to the applications. It wasn't very intuitive as a first time user; I needed to have hands-on training and learning to get it. I think that having more clear cut instructions and a step by step video on YouTube would be great to have! It was a little hard for me to get used to it, but accessing it was easy.
