What do you like best about SAP Invoice Management by OpenText?

Optimized integration of an invoice automation solution into SAP ECC/ S/4HANA on Premise.

It provides higher productivity in Accounts Payable and increased flexibility in cash management by reducing the time until invoices are free for payment.

What do you dislike about SAP Invoice Management by OpenText?

It cannot show the simulation of accounting entries similar to FB60/MIRO.

Opentext Validation client is not very user-friendly. It works on a first-come, first-serve basis, which creates problems when you have many documents in the queue and an urgent one is in the middle of the queue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP Invoice Management by OpenText solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has enabled the multi-channel input for digital and non-digital invoice formats like scanned paper invoices, PDF invoices attached to emails, EDI invoices, network invoices, and so on, including integration of the SAP® Ariba® network based on SAP’s built-in interface with Ariba.
