I like SAP Integration Suite’s flexibility and its ability to connect SAP and non-SAP systems through one platform. The prebuilt integration content, range of adapters, API Management, and support for different communication protocols help me speed up development and reduce manual effort. I also appreciate its cloud capabilities, security features, and monitoring tools for building and managing reliable integrations. The initial setup was relatively straightforward with the SAP BTP cockpit and configuration guides, and developing and deploying integration flows became much easier after the initial configuration. Compared with SAP PO, it gives us greater flexibility and scalability, better connectivity across cloud and on-premises applications, and API Management and event-driven integration capabilities. I’d highly recommend it to colleagues working on enterprise integration and SAP BTP projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’d like more detailed error messages and better troubleshooting recommendations, especially for complex integration flows. Debugging and monitoring large-scale integrations could be more intuitive, with clearer root-cause analysis and easier message tracing. Performance optimization and deployment management across multiple environments could also be simpler. I’d also find more comprehensive documentation, practical examples, and improved testing tools helpful. The initial setup was relatively straightforward, but configuring security, connecting to on-premises systems with Cloud Connector, and setting up communication arrangements required some technical knowledge. More guided setup instructions, automated configuration checks, and clearer troubleshooting support would make onboarding smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
