What do you like best about SAP Engagement Cloud (formerly SAP Emarsys)?

I like that SAP Engagement Cloud (formerly SAP Emarsys) is very intuitive and has a user-friendly UI, making it easy to use and understand, even for new commands. The platform makes it straightforward to manage data and set up automations. I appreciate that creating email campaigns is easy, even for someone without an HTML background, thanks to the drag-and-drop functionality and customizable templates. The automation setup is also intuitive, allowing for detailed decision-making processes. The price point and positive reviews from other teams also played a big part in choosing this product. I use SAP Engagement Cloud to implement customer engagement, sending emails, managing data, and running automations. It's solved issues I faced with data management and email processes.
