What do you like best about SAP Engagement Cloud (formerly SAP Emarsys)?

I really like the ease of use with SAP Engagement Cloud. The VCE template builder is a fantastic feature, providing an easy drag and drop campaign builder from SAP Emarsys templates, which makes my work as a marketer much easier, eliminating the need for endless hours of grinding to change something as simple as a CTA color button. The campaign builder is equally impressive, allowing me to have a campaign ready to launch in just six consecutive steps. What do you dislike about SAP Engagement Cloud (formerly SAP Emarsys)?

I find the product API missing to be a huge problem, and engagement events have limited support. We are still missing critical social media channels like Snapchat native integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
