I like the stock tracking dashboards and direct revenue attribution, which help me a lot to understand performance. Additionally, the predefined campaigns aimed at the online channel make our work easier, as we only need to develop them according to our business, which ultimately benefits internal developments. What do you dislike about SAP Engagement Cloud (formerly SAP Emarsys)? I find it problematic that the mechanics or actions aimed at the physical customer (POS) continue to be an issue, since most of our customers are physical and prefer to go to stores rather than buy digitally. Furthermore, we have platforms that we use to send SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS that are not integrated with the SAP Engagement Cloud, and these partners are not official SAP partners.
