What do you like best about SAP Document and Reporting Compliance?

You can make sure you're following all the world's document and reporting requirements with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance. Just so you know, we don't turn any inbound trucks away at the gate anymore. SAP Document and Reporting Compliance makes sure all your trucks have the right documents. The app is installed on SAP BTP, and it'll get you purchase orders and inbound deliveries from our SAP S/4HANA system using standard OData. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Document and Reporting Compliance?

I ordered through carriers and suppliers and followed up the orders by phone. One of the trucks arrived at the plant with goods, but no waybill at all in an electronic form. He turned it down. My supplier said they'd sent it, the carrier said their system had failed, and I spent ages looking in and out of three different inboxes and couldn't find it. Each shipment coming in has one monitor, which I check before confirming a delivery slot, to see where it is at any given time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP Document and Reporting Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was having issues with the document type mapping. I set up the transport scenario for one plant and thought it would be the same for the others, but it wasn't. Our cross-border lanes had to be registered separately and had their own carrier master data. I've remodeled the lane I mapped and tried all of my routes. Trucks arrived at receiving documents for a drop from 14 to 2. Now, I spend about an hour a week after chasing waybills, which was six hours a week before. Demur-rage dropped by 40%. We'll also get e-invoices from suppliers or transport documents via the local authority channel or a Peppol access point. Each e-invoice will have a status, an error text and a link back to the PO item. Polling the result over REST is done in the dock. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
