"Centralized document access through SAP Document and Reporting Compliance"

What do you like best about SAP Document and Reporting Compliance?

It's set up as a solution on SAP BTP, and it can use OData services on S/4HANA to access delivery and billing documents straight away. Every country will have its own channel that's required for E-documents to reach the tax authorities/PEPPOL. Missing SSO with Login through SAML. The status API stores all the document state, and we use this service to query before sending the nightly list of dispatch. There are no manual exports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Document and Reporting Compliance?

Once more, one SAP Document and Reporting Compliance solution meant access to e-documents was planned. No more forgotten in shipment list. The country configuration was a bit of a problem for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP Document and Reporting Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?

I sent out the outbound deliveries and waited for them. A few trucks were found without an e-mix until hours later at a checkpoint because the tax people didn't approve of the e-mix. The Finance Department got back to the driver. It's so frustrating! I'd finished off my reject sheets from the carrier and plant by lunchtime.
