I like that MB52 shows the location and status of our stock, whether it's available, blocked, in quality, or in transit, plus useful information like material type. MB51 helps us track movements over time, showing who did what and the related documents. MI20 is handy for highlighting differences in quantities and values, offering insights into variances. MB58 is great for tracking items under consignment, although I wish it had an aged option for consignments. These tools are crucial for planning audits, as they allow me to focus on high-risk areas like high value or unusual activity. Exporting the data to Excel for analysis across multiple locations is also a key feature I appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SAP gives me reliable data, but a lot of my time goes into preparing it rather than analyzing it. It would be good if SAP had built-in exception flags to highlight postings made by one person or reversals done immediately after transactions. I'd appreciate a combined view of the reports I use, providing a clear relation of everything for a specific period. I would also like the MI20 variance to allow for easier navigation to the material in MB51. Moreover, it would be helpful to have shared layouts and audit variants that are consistent across auditors and depots. A consolidated report of stock movements and count differences, with analysis-ready exports and automated exception flags, would save time. Plus, direct links to Excel and faster handling of large data would be a big improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
