What I like best about SAP Document AI is that it automatically reads invoices, purchase orders, and forms and pulls out the key details. This saves a lot of manual typing, reduces mistakes, and fits smoothly with our other SAP systems, so documents are processed much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike about SAP Document AI is that the setup and training take time and effort, especially for new document types. The accuracy can drop when documents have unusual layouts or poor scan quality, so some manual checking is still needed. The documentation could also be clearer for beginners.
