Database of contracts are available for search, detailed data such as contract value, start and end date, and monitoring of these data become efficient by using SAP S/4HANA. The primary value is that it keeps records of past purchases for reference for future purchase. The seamless integration to the other category user makes it efficient and easier synchronized work with other functions. The best thing as well is SAP consolidates and summarizes all the important aspects of a purchase and this also caters with the required format for a formal order to other company. The user interface a little bit monotonous and too rigid also troubleshooting is not easy and require additional expert help. Another thing is that there is no feature that can provide storage of soft copy documents for the contracts.
