**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muzammil M. | Founder – Muzammil Graphic | Interior and Graphic Designer | Transforming Spaces and Brands Visually , Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Analytics Cloud?**

SAP Analytics Cloud makes data analysis and reporting much easier in one place. I have been using it for the past few months, and the dashboard interface feels clean and easy to understand for daily work. The real-time analytics and visualization features help in checking business data quickly without wasting much time. I also like how it combines reporting, planning, and forecasting together, which improves productivity and decisionmaking. The cloud based access is another good point because I can work from anywhere without complicated setup.

**What do you dislike about SAP Analytics Cloud?**

One thing that could be improved in SAP Analytics Cloud is the performance speed when working with large datasets or complex dashboards, because sometimes loading takes more time than expected. In the beginning, some features also feel a little difficult to understand for new users, especially during setup and advanced reporting. A few customization options could be more flexible to make the overall experience smoother. Better optimization and a simpler learning curve would make it even more user-friendly for both beginners and regular business users.

**What problems is SAP Analytics Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Analytics Cloud helps solve the problem of managing and understanding business data from different sources in one platform. I am a designer, and I have been using and learning it for the past few months, especially to better understand dashboards and data visualization. Earlier, manual reporting and scattered data used to create confusion and take a lot of time, but this platform has made the reporting and analytics process much smoother. I found its dashboard system and visualization tools very helpful because they make it easier to present data in a clean and professional way. The real-time insights also improve performance tracking and decision-making. It is useful for businesses that want reporting, planning, and analytics together in one cloudbased solution. For buyers, it can save time, reduce manual work, and help teams stay more organized and productive.

  ### 2. Powerful All-in-One Analytics Platform

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawn A. | ecommerce operations specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Analytics Cloud?**

What I like most about SAP Analytics Cloud is that it brings analytics, planning, forecasting, and reporting together in a single platform. It helps teams move beyond dashboards and make real decisions using live data. On top of that, the collaboration and storytelling features make insights clearer for our business so we can understand them quickly and take action.

**What do you dislike about SAP Analytics Cloud?**

One downside of SAP Analytics Cloud is that performance can be slow when working with larger data sets. The interface offers a lot of variety, but some features come with a learning curve and can take time to understand and navigate confidently. Also, SAP support can be slow to respond at times when issues come up.

**What problems is SAP Analytics Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Analytics Cloud helps us by bringing analytics that create actionable items to improve our business. Additionally, it also allows for planning and forecasting which lets you use one source system for few of the business needs.

  ### 3. Powerful all-in-one analytics and planning tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vusala J. | IT Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about SAP Analytics Cloud?**

What I like best about SAP Analytics Cloud is that it combines reporting, planning, and analytics in one platform. The real-time connection with SAP data sources is very convenient, and the dashboards are interactive and easy to customize. It helps turn complex data into clear insights without needing heavy technical skills.

**What do you dislike about SAP Analytics Cloud?**

What I dislike about SAP Analytics Cloud is that it can feel quite complex for new users, particularly during the initial setup and onboarding. Performance can also slow down when working with large datasets, which can make analysis feel less smooth. In addition, some of the more advanced features come with a learning curve before you can use them effectively.

**What problems is SAP Analytics Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Analytics Cloud solves the problem of scattered reporting and manual planning by bringing analytics, reporting, and forecasting into one tool. This helps me save time, reduce errors, and make faster, data-driven decisions using real-time and visual insights.

  ### 4. A Powerful Platform for Unified Analytics and Business Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dharamveer p. | Application Security Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Analytics Cloud?**

The biggest benefit is how it combines planning, analytics, and visualization in one tool. Building dashboards that tell a clear story about performance has made discussions with stakeholders more productive. The ability to slice and dice data interactively also helps uncover trends without deep technical work.

**What do you dislike about SAP Analytics Cloud?**

What I dislike about SAP Analytics Cloud is the learning curve, especially for new users. Some features around data modeling and configuration are not very intuitive at first and require time or support to understand properly. The interface can also feel a bit crowded in places, which makes simple tasks take longer than expected until you get used to it.

**What problems is SAP Analytics Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Analytics Cloud solves the problem of scattered data and disconnected reporting across teams. Earlier, insights were spread across spreadsheets and different tools, which made it hard to get a consistent view of performance. By bringing analytics, dashboards, and planning into one platform, it helps create a single source of truth. This improves visibility, reduces manual reporting work, and allows faster, more confident decision-making across the organization.

  ### 5. Unifies Analytics with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Лука . | Back End Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Analytics Cloud?**

I use SAP Analytics Cloud primarily for building dashboards and running planning and forecasting workflows across finance and operations. It helps me solve data fragmentation by unifying inputs from multiple backend systems into a single source of truth for dashboards and reporting. What I like most is how it combines BI, planning, and predictive analytics into a single platform, which simplifies the overall architecture. This eliminates the need to move data between separate tools and reduces latency issues. The initial setup was straightforward, with prebuilt integrations simplifying the process.

**What do you dislike about SAP Analytics Cloud?**

I have issues with SAP Analytics Cloud's performance when handling large datasets or complex models. It would be helpful if engineers had more control over data modeling and execution, like better indexing strategies, partitioning options, and visibility into query plans to optimize processing. Also, while the initial setup with prebuilt integrations is straightforward, it gets more complex with non-SAP systems or advanced planning models, requiring careful data modeling, security configurations, and performance tuning.

**What problems is SAP Analytics Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Analytics Cloud to solve data fragmentation by unifying inputs into a single source for dashboards. It combines BI, planning, and predictive analytics, eliminating data movement between tools and reducing latency.

**What do you like best about SAP Analytics Cloud?**

I find SAP Analytics Cloud makes dashboarding easy and is the next step compared to my previous tools. The KPI visualization is easy to do, and it's kind of next level. Using SAP Analytics Cloud planning helps me shut down old legacy tools and save costs. It integrates well with Datasphere and Analysis for Office for detailed reporting. Although I struggled at the beginning, the setup became a piece of cake later.

**What do you dislike about SAP Analytics Cloud?**

I sometimes experience performance issues and challenges managing a high number of records. The initial setup was a struggle at the beginning.

**What problems is SAP Analytics Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Analytics Cloud offers easy dashboarding and KPI visualization, providing a next-level experience over previous tools. It helps transition away from old legacy systems, saving costs.

  ### 7. Empowers Planning and Reporting but Needs Performance Boost

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pankaj G. | Business Process Management Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Analytics Cloud?**

I use SAP Analytics Cloud for planning and reporting, and I find the faster implementation and decision-making analysis really beneficial for customers. I appreciate the features like Data Actions and Models building, which allow me to create stories and processes that can auto run. The integration with Datasphere makes for a faster end-user experience while loading dashboards and reports. Additionally, I found the initial setup relatively easy for the initial requirements, and I can build a world around it for complex solutions.

**What do you dislike about SAP Analytics Cloud?**

I have issues with latency and performance. The data loading is heavier, and as an alternative, semantics need to be created in Datasphere.

**What problems is SAP Analytics Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Analytics Cloud for faster implementation and decision-making analysis for customers.

  ### 8. Fast Deployment and User-Friendly Dashboards

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

Additionally, I find it helpful for creating and using easy and lightweight dashboards and analytics. Moreover, it's an easy, out-of-the-box usable tool, which enhances my experience.

**What do you dislike about SAP Analytics Cloud?**

The necessity of deployment in a separate tenant is causing some issues for us.

**What problems is SAP Analytics Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Analytics Cloud helps create easy, lightweight dashboards and analytics. It eliminates the need for complex development skills, brings the creation process to advanced key users, and allows for rapid deployment. It's an easy, out-of-the-box tool.

  ### 9. Outstanding Security and Integration, Graphic Aspect Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Analytics Cloud?**

I like the security of SAP Analytics Cloud, as it is very important to ensure that each user sees only what they should see, no more, no less. I also appreciate the integration with other SAP products, which allows dashboards to be complemented with external data. Additionally, the initial setup was easy because almost all the information is extracted from the SAP S4 HANA ERP.

**What do you dislike about SAP Analytics Cloud?**

The graphic aspect could be improved; there are better products on the market in that regard.

**What problems is SAP Analytics Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We create a general company control dashboard. Security is crucial to limit access fairly to users. Integration with other data sources allows the dashboards to be complemented with external data.

  ### 10. Efficient Data Insights with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tarun V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Analytics Cloud?**

I use SAP Analytics Cloud to create and share dashboards with different teams, and I find it easy to use for these purposes. I particularly like its strong connection with SAP DSP, as it lets me effectively utilize DSP data models by creating a pipeline between DSP and SAP Analytics Cloud efficiently. The Data Analyzer feature is another aspect I appreciate; it allows me to have a detailed view of raw data and apply filters for a granular view, which helps me ask the right questions to stakeholders. The ability to use DSP models directly in SAP Analytics Cloud is beneficial for creating quick insights on top of the models.

**What do you dislike about SAP Analytics Cloud?**

I find the limited number of functions while creating calculated measures/columns in the story frustrating. This limitation increases dependency on DSP models for changes. Adding more functions and flexibility around coding for calculations, similar to DAX in PowerBI, would be beneficial.

**What problems is SAP Analytics Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Analytics Cloud to create dashboards and share them with different teams. It solves the problem of connecting with DSP data models, allowing me to create pipelines effectively. The Data Analyzer gives me a detailed view of raw data, helping me ask the right questions to stakeholders.
